Permits/Connection Information

Getting wastewater from your home to CCCSD's treatment plant is what we've done for more than 60 years. Whether you want to connect to the sewer system or see a need for a repair, CCCSD is there.


Residental Sewer Service Application 
Must be completed to obtain wastewater service.

Side sewers must connect directly to a public sewer.

Site improvement work may require alteration of existing side sewer.

Side Sewer Repair 
A permit is necessary for repairs made to an existing side sewer.

Sewage Pumping
May be necessary for sewage to enter the public sewer.

Homeowner Permit 
Required for most sewer work by homeowner.

Registration of Contractors 
To obtain permits for any sewer construction work, contractors must first register with CCCSD.
