Conducting routine maintenance and monitoring activities along Central San’s approximately 3.9-mile effluent pipeline

at a PROPERTY known as:

In unincorporated Contra Costa County, north of Waterfront Road, near Martinez (approximate coordinates: 38.043102 latitude, -122.096989 longitude)
