Biographical Highlights

Member Kuznik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership. For 30 years, she was a science educator and school administrator focusing on student leadership, co-curricular programs, oversight of athletic programs, and acting as a Parent Association liaison.

Member Kuznik has lived in San Ramon since 1994 and appreciates the wonderful neighborhoods, great schools, and quality community services and recreation opportunities. In 2018 she sought an appointment to the Parks and Community Service Commission and in 2019 was appointed to the Planning Commission, where she currently serves as chair. She has worked on the Parks Master Plan, City Walk Master Plan, and is an advocate for developing family-friendly, affordable housing.

Member Kuznik has participated in San Ramon’s Government 101 course, the San Ramon Valley Leadership class of 2020, and has been a leader in the Boy Scouts of America, including being the founding Scoutmaster of an all-female BSA troop. In 2014, she won the Silver Beaver award, Scouting’s highest volunteer honor and has staffed the National Youth Leadership Training course, sponsored by the Golden Gate Area Council, for 17 years.

Member Kuznik considers it an honor to serve the citizens of San Ramon and the Tri Valley area and looks forward to sharing her experience and dedication as Central San’s District 5 Board Member.
