NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Central San invites and will receive bids for the construction of District Project 100003, Annex Storage Building. The work generally consists of grading, utilities, and construction of a prefabricated metal building. The estimated cost of construction is $630,000.

A prebid meeting to discuss the Project will be held at 10 a.m., local time, December 5, 2022, in the District’s Board Room, at 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California. Face covering may be required.

The District will receive bids at its receptionist area until 2 p.m., local time per Time.gov,
December 20, 2022, at 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California, at which time and place, in the Multi-Purpose Room, accepted bids will be publicly opened and declared aloud by the Secretary of the District, and District representatives.  NO LATE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
