NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Board of Directors of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District (Central San), Martinez, California, invites and will receive sealed bids for the construction of District Project 100067, POB Parking Lot Improvements. The work generally consists of excavating, paving, striping, entrance gate improvements, and security upgrades in the POB Parking Lot Area. The estimated cost of construction is $750,000.

A prebid meeting to discuss the Project will be held at 10 a.m., local time, June 18, 2024, in the District’s Board Room, at 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California.

The District will receive bids at its receptionist area until 2 p.m., local time per Time.gov, July 2, 2024, at 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California, at which time and place, in the District’s Multi-Purpose Room, accepted bids will be publicly opened and declared aloud by the Secretary of the District, and before the General Manager, or his representatives. NO LATE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
