NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Central San invites and will receive sealed bids for construction of District Project 100010, Headworks Chiller Replacement. The work generally consists of replacement of the existing chiller unit for the headworks electrical rooms and improvements to the chiller controls system. The estimated cost of construction is $420,000.

A prebid meeting to discuss the Project will be held at 10 a.m., local time, June 18, 2024, in the District’s Multi-Purpose Room, at 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California. Face covering may be required.

The District will receive bids at its receptionist area until 2 p.m., local time per Time.gov, July 16, 2024, at 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California, at which time and place, in the District’s Board Room, accepted bids will be publicly opened and declared aloud by the Secretary of the District, and before the General Manager, or his representatives. NO LATE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
