NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Central San invites and will receive sealed bids for construction of District Project 100057, Plant Control System I/O Replacement, Phase 3 – Pump and Blower Building. The work generally consists of replacing a 1000-hp variable frequency drive for Final Effluent Pump 3, three remote I/O control panels, aeration turbine vibration systems, rewiring motor control center controls and installing associated conduit and wire.  The estimated cost of construction is $1,500,000.

A prebid meeting to discuss the Project will be held at 10 a.m., local time, August 6, 2024, in the District’s Multi-Purpose Room, at 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California. 

The District will receive bids at its receptionist area until 2 p.m., local time per Time.gov,
September 4, 2024, at 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California, at which time and place, in the District’s Board Room, accepted bids will be publicly opened and declared aloud by the Secretary of the District, and Central San representatives.  NO LATE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
