To Consider an Uncodified Ordinance to Adopt Revisions to Central Contra Costa Sanitary District Code
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District (District) at its regular meeting at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 21, 2023, at the District Office, 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California, will conduct a public hearing to consider an uncodified ordinance to adopt revisions to the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District Code. Options to participate will be listed on the meeting agenda.
Information about the proposed revisions is available by calling (925) 229-7303 or emailing SOD@centralsan.org. A copy of the proposed ordinance and the proposed cde revisions is on file with the Secretary of the District and is available for public inspection by appointment at the District Office.
