NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO ADOPT FINDINGS AND APPROVE SERVICE CONTRACT FOR ENERGY RELATED IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCE AGREEMENT WITH PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC (PG&E)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
The Board of Directors of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District at its regular meeting at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 5, 2024, at the District Office, 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, California, will hold a public hearing to consider the following matters:
1. Presenting certain findings, taking public comment, and approving Resolution adopting the findings and approving an Energy Services Contract with EcoGreen Solutions, Inc. for the implementation of certain energy related improvements to Central San facilities in accordance with California Government Code Section 4217.10 to 4217.18. The Central San Board of Directors’ findings shall provide, and the Energy Services Contract shall require, that the cost to Central San to implement the energy related improvements will be less than the anticipated marginal cost to Central San of electrical energy that would have been consumed by Central San in absence of purchasing the energy improvements.
1. Taking public comment, adopting the findings and approving a Finance Agreement and related necessary loan documents with Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) to fund the implementation of certain energy conservation improvements to Central San facilities in accordance with California Government Code Section 4217.10 to 4217.18.
