NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER DECLARING PROPERTY AS CURRENTLY UNNEEDED AND EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
The Board of Directors of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District (District) at its regular meeting at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 3, 2024 at the Meeting Room of the District Offices, 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez California, will conduct a public hearing to consider (1) declaring the following District-owned property as currently unneeded for District purposes and (2) authorizing staff to execute and administer a lease agreement for the property for a period not to exceed ten years:
- APN 126-440-003 (1961 and 1975 Diamond Blvd., Concord), commonly referred to as the Willows Center Concord, LLC
