ORDINANCE NO. 337 - AMEND DISTRICT CODE TITLES 2 AND 11 (effective April 11, 2025)

Ordinance No. 337 amended sections within the following District Code Chapters: 2.36 (Policy), 11.10 (Definitions and Introductory Provisions), 11.20 (Provisions Concerning Acceptance and Use of Recycled Water), 11.30 (Requirement to Use Recycled Water), 11.40 (Provisions Concerning Recycled Water Service), and 11.50 (Recycled Water Pricing).

The revised code will be effective on April 11, 2025.
