Ordinance No. 313 (Uncodified) establishes Reimbursement Fees of $15,716 for the 5th participant connector and $12,646 for the 6^th connector to Job 6679 (Cordell Drive CAD 2017-1) in Danville, in accordance with District Code Chapter 6.20 “Reimbursement Fees” and the District’s Contractual Assessment District Program.   The reimbursement fees set forth by this ordinance shall be administered, adjusted, and collected according to the provisions of said Chapter and Program.
